Acquitted accused of killing a Coptic Dirout Upper ,Egypt
Assiut Criminal Court decided today, headed by Justice Mohamed Nasr El-Sayed, patent four defendants in the case of Dayrout where acquitted by Muhammad Muhyiddin Hassouna and Osama Mamdouh Hassouna and Ashraf Mahmoud Hassouna "fugitive" and
Ahmed Hassouna, Abdel-Meguid, "runaway" children four cousins, and after being accused of killing Henry Farouq Atta, God and the father of the young owners, who made a practice of vice with the daughter of their uncle, and he had filmed and distributed on mobile phones and the net.

Dr. Nageeb Gabriel informed that the Criminal Court this morning ruled Assiut acquitted of:
Mohamed Mohi-Din Hassouna.
Ashraf Mahmoud Hassouna.
Ahmed Abdel-Meguid Hassouna.
Osama Mamdouh.
Felony defendants in No. 17327 of 2009 crimes Dairout and accused of killing the victim Farouk Henry Atallah more than 31 rounds and came back this issue on what was said by accusing the victim's son, the establishment of an illegitimate relationship with close to the accused.
Gabriel asks, what is the solution, and so happened in Kosheh and so restricted the assault cases in Alexandria of the Copts against the mentally ill and also deposited with the separation of the head slave Georgi Greece in Menoufia mental health facility but the justice of heaven is ours last.
Gabriel will present a memorandum to the Attorney General of the cassation appeal on this ruling, which in our opinion, has come in the wrong application of the law and a minor in the causation and corrupt in the reasoning.
