Christians Under Attack

I think that the way this article was written is pretty unfair. Seriously. You can't take an example of some mentally disturbed people and shine their sick light on Islam as a whole. It's not only unfair, it's irresponsible.

When you paint with such a broad brush you're going to piss off a lot of innocent people.

The murder of father Paulus was sic. But seriously... do you think this is somehow represented by Islam as a whole?

Well, it's no longer a "few." With crimes that are done under the banner of religion or while fueled with religious hatred continue to grow on a daily basis that arguement loses more and more credibility.

It is not only Muslim societies that have malevolency, but Indians, Christians and Buddhists have elements of it too.
Islam is not to blame for suicide bombings, The frequency of suicide terrorism is growing exponentially, motivated by a fusion of religious and political goals.


Islamic beliefs and devotion are not, in themselves, linked to support for such terrorism. Even though the 911 hijackers had "Muslim" identities, the terror they perpetrated cannot be labelled "Islamic terror", just as it would not be called "Jewish terror" if the perpetrators were Jews or "Christian terror" if they were Christians.

The term "Islamic terror" is quite a erroneous concept which contradicts Islam's message. That is because, the religion of Islam can by no means concur with terror. On the contrary, Muslims are responsible for preventing terrorist acts and bringing peace and justice to the world.

It is no doubt a legitimate right of Muslims to react against cruelty. However, these reactions should never turn into a blind hatred, an unjust enmity. God warns about this in the following verse: "... Do not let hatred for a people who debar you from the Masjid al-Haram incite you into going beyond the limits. Help each other to goodness and heedfulness. Do not help each other to wrongdoing and enmity. Heed God Allah (alone)..." (Surat al-Ma'ida: 2)

Let me see if I have this correct.

Terror and true Islam are supposedly incompatible. But many INCREDIBLY DEVOUT Muslims, who are scholars of the koran, derive from the teachings of Islam that if they use terror in the cause for Allah they will be rewarded with 72 cellestial virgins.

So the TERROR perpetrated, in the name of Islam, by people like Osama Bin Laden, Zawahiri, Zarqawi, or anyone else who butchers infidels, the actions of deviant or observant muslims? Are they muslims who've falsely followed the faith or are they ones who would be well pleased before Mohammed?

Is it possible they would say that it is you who are not the True Muslims?



So which one is it?

Its a simple case of anyone who is of the muslim faith who commits an act of terror is therefore by defination "not a muslim".

You see 'egypeter', if it was for any other religion, the same rule does not apply, muslims like to use that for their own good, just to protect their evil faith.

The so-called "Jihad" Noble Verses came for specific times and places. They don't apply for all times and everybody! I can't slay you, a non-Muslim, just because you're not a Muslim. The pagan Arabs were very hostile people and only knew the sword as an answer. Many wars were imposed upon the Muslims, and thus, it is only normal and natural to find Noble Verses that deal with these specific hostile situations. But the Ultimate and Overall Message of the Noble Quran is PEACE, as clearly proven in the Noble Verses BELOW.

"Fight in the cause of God those who fight you, BUT DO NOT TRANSGRESS THE LIMITS; for God loveth not transgressors. (The Noble Quran, 2:190)"

"But if the enemy incline towards peace, DO THOU ALSO INCLINE TOWARDS PEACE, and trust in God: for He is One that heareth and knoweth (all things). (The Noble Quran, 8:61)"

It's odd how one of the 10 Commandments says "Thou shalt not kill (or murder). (Exodus 20:13)", and yet, the bible ordered the killing of innocent children and non-virgin girls by the mass!

At which point has someone here said that the Christian Church (since it's existance) has been perfect?

No one here, not a single muslim or non-Christian, has cared to condemn the killing and the on going persecution that goes on, instead they prefer to post links about the Bible where over time it has been countered by many Christian scholars yet they choose to bring it up to distract people from the real topic at hand, the Middle East going up in flames due to the actions of hundreds of millions of muslims who intend to kill anyone that gets in their way.

Shame on those who sit there and condone such barbaric crimes in Iraq (that goes for Europeans as well).

There is no verse in Quran that condones beheading, Muslims who behead are following Christian belief and they are astray heres my proof...

Islam does not hold man to impossible standards like that. As as far as the bloodshed in Iraq, may I say that Sadaam was a horrible man and a bad Muslim, if he was Muslim at all. However there was no suide bombings in the history of Iraq until you Christians went there.
