SOMALIA DROUGHT: MILITIA REFUSE INTERNATIONAL AID
(AGI) Mogadishu - Hard-line militant Islamists in drought-ridden Somalia are continuing to refuse international aid. They are
accusing the UN of giving false information about the real situation in Somalia. This is a turn-around from a fortnight ago when the extremists announced that the ban on international agencies working in areas under their control, in place since 2009, had been revoked.
