Christians Under Attack

Emad Mahmoud, a business student at the institute, lived next door to 17 year-old Maggie Magdy, in Minya, where she resided with her family.   After seeing the girl, Mahmoud expressed his interest in marrying the girl and his desire to convert to Christianity.  The mother refused and plans to kidnap the girl were carried out taking her from a village in Minya and hiding her in an apartment in Dokki Gaza. Lawyer Mamdouh Nakhla, has demanded that Sheikh Al-Azhar,  the Interior Minister be held responsible in this case and that the procedures to embrace Islam and change data on behalf of a minor be invalid.  The law provides that a child may not marry or change personal data without the consent of a guardian
