Announces the sunlight on its work and a protest with the families of the detainees who have been arrested in the incidents of "Nag Hammadi" unfortunate, as the organization

The organization calls on all human rights organizations, and all those interested in civil liberties to join in solidarity with the relatives of the detainees ...
Will be held on Wednesday, 2 / 24 / 2010 at noon in front of the Office of the Attorney General House of the Supreme Court to "ambulance" ...
As the organization is strong dissatisfaction approach to security in the policy of arrests; to arrest the victims and took them hostage under the pretext of (until things calm down) ...
Organization cautions that these decisions contrary to the principles of freedoms and human rights and agreements signed by Egypt ...

The Egyptian Organization for Human Rights (EOHR) expresses its deepest worries on receiving 20 permits from 125 permits submitted by EOHR to the High Elections Commission on Sunday, 30/5/2010 in order to monitor Shura elections scheduled in June 2010, the matter which will harm the transparency of the electoral process and will increase the questions on the extent of the Commission’s commitment to the international and constitutional standards to ensure the integrity of the elections and this is considered an impede for civil society organizations to monitor the electoral process.
