Dhimmis are the Jews and Christians who do not believe in Mohammed {prophet of Islam} and deny him. This is because Allah has declared that Jews and Christians are infidels in Koran {holy book of Islam} - Al-Taubah 9: 30 -31, PIC (December 2000: 20 Copts burned to death by Muslims in El Kosheh, Shouag Egypt).

Non-Muslim Overstayer Arrested in Makkah
A Sri Lankan Christian was arrested in the holy city of Makkah, which is off-limits to non-Muslims, by the Expatriates Monitoring Committee in Makkah
