Christians Under Attack

About which love are you talking?! I tell you, love never leads to humiliation and submissiveness and wisdom never calls for submission or surrender.
Consider the title a cry of refusal to all “furious” Muslims who are full of preaching and missionary enthusiasm, who “plan” to Islamize the whole society and lead it to ignorance and backwardness, the Muslims who have “non-hidden” targets, who aim to pour the gas on the fire of sectarianism which will never stop as long as these men hardly work on flaming it.

As we were used to during the last period that Alexandria is the city that witnesses all sectarian incidents. Such incidents are being continued at “Ali Bin Abi Taleb School”—a preparatory public school for girls in one of Alexandria's districts.

The heroine of our story is Ne'ma the social studies teacher, Ne'ma wears the niqab. Definitely, I do not mention that she wears a niqab to make you feel that the matter is huge for actually the matter is already huge and does not need an additional exaggeration. I had to say that she wears the niqab when I describe or classify her because it is now clear to all of us that the niqab is not a mere long piece of cloth that covers the body and the face to make the woman like the ghost that frightens the infants, or not a mere mask that is used by the thieves who fear to reveal their faces and identity but it is that thing that hides behind it excommunicating bloody thought, or a “shoe” which is ready to hit the opponent, and the “two swords” that are raised in front of all faces. And the victims of all that are innocent girls in the preparatory stage from both Muslims and Christians, but actually as usual the Christian were much more harmed. My sister was one from among the victims of that incident.
The details are as follows, during one of the lessons of the long schedule…the class teacher was absent so another teacher entered the class to teach the students the social studies subject, this teacher was Ne'ma who wears the niqab. She entered the class to give the rest of the subject to the students who came to school only to learn not to any other purpose!!
Once Ne'ma entered the class she began to repeat “Ma Shaa' Allah… Ma Shaa' Allah”—a religious Islamic sentence that means How great!—and then she began to tell the students about her extreme happiness for the veiled students are so many in that class. Accordingly, one of these students stood up proudly to tell the teacher that only three Muslim students in that class are “not veiled”.
It seems that the teacher felt happier, but I can never say that her happiness was expressed in her face because no one could see that ghost's face. Nevertheless, it seems that there is an ingenious idea had suddenly came to her mind, or was sent to her by angel Gabriel who came in an exceptional task just to tell make her ask a surprising question: “Why don't the Christian students wear the veil as well?!”. Then the lessons of preaching and missionary started to the Christian students which, of course, were not free of mockery or attack on Christianity.
She said to them “St Mary wears the veil in your pictures, the nuns in the monasteries wear the veil, and you yourselves wear it inside the church”. Then she asked a sarcastic question: “Isn't the Lord of churches and monasteries is the Lord of the street? Why do you please you Lord inside churches and raise His anger outside it!”
Definitely, there was one of the Christian children could not accept what “sheikh” Ne'ma was saying, so Ne'ma ended the lesson in which she did not say any thing related to the subject and left the class. But the lesson was on excommunicating the non-veiled from any religion! She left the class and left the Muslim students behind her disgustingly looking at their Christians colleagues who raise the anger of Allah by their naked heads.
“Sheikh” Ne'ma left the class after carrying out successfully her plan in stirring up the spirit of hatred and separation between the students, the spirit which is already present in our corrupted community that suffers from the atmosphere the ignorant unilateral thought, the thought that define and classify people only according to there external appearance.
Let us continue the story of sheikh Neima, there are more about it. Later my sister knew from one of her friends who go to the same class but in another class that the same teacher had entered their class and said the same words but with an additional sentence “All heavenly religions commanded wearing the veil”. She supported this sentence by a very nice example that will make you know what is going inside this veiled head, she said to the students “If any of you went to buy a cake, and she saw that cake uncovered, will she buy it? No, never for she will trust only the covered one”!!!
As soon as my sister returned home, she told us this wonderful story. At that time I discovered that these are the naive opinions that raise the astonishment and wonder of the West towards the charming countries of the East! I am extremely surprised about that people who call for the such thoughts of backwardness that leave behind them victims from the children whose minds rotten at a very young age.
The story of Ne'ma came to an end but the story of Alexandria has not ended yet, Alexandria is going very quickly into a sectarian gap that won't end! I heard Ne'ma's story by chance, but this story might have been happened thousands of times in thousands of schools all over our beloved Egypt!
Here the story of the teacher ends, the teacher who decided to turn the school to a preaching place where there is a suitable chance to hunt the young innocent children and convince them of her own corrupted thoughts and to distrust their beliefs.
Here a tragedy ends so that another one starts as long as we go on in offering “love and wisdom” which we use to hide our fears and cowardice from facing and demanding our rights by legal means!
If we do not quickly move, the time will pass and the all the Egyptian women will be obliged to wear the veil as happens in Saudi Arabia and it will be accepted and welcomed by the claimed “love and wisdom”.
Throughout the issue of the Egyptian Minister of Culture Farouk Hosni and his statement about the veil which stirred up huge controversy, I did not want to at that time to speak about the veil for I thought that it was a pure Islamic affair and it should be only discussed by the Muslims themselves but quicker than I can imagine the days—after I heard my sister's story—proved me that I was mistaken!!
The veil became not only an Islamic affair but an attack on the right of the non Muslims. No I completely agree with Farouk Hosni's view when he said that the veil will divide the community and will cause separation between the veiled and non-veiled Muslims.
Anyway I did not write this article to start an argument with Ne'ma about the veil or give another strong example similar to that of hers which was about the cake. But I said my opinion before in such issue when I wrote an article published in 4 / 11 / 2006 on the same site under the title of “No religious value, or civilization, or conscience but sex!”
I say to this teacher be a “cake” as you like, and leave yourself to a man devours you but never transfer your ill concepts to the children who are not fourteen yet!
I just wrote you this story to ask a question: What will be the reaction if any Christian teacher or even non Christian discussed the “importance of the veil” and declared her opinion concerning this issue in front of all the children? What if she asked them: Have you suddenly and after thirty years discovered that the veil is a command? What about the thirty past years? Where was this veil?
To those who want to carry out their corrupt plans to destroy our homeland fulfilling the ideas of "gas" countries, beware that if the country collapsed no one will survive…even you!
Some may ask me: You who call for resistance, what have you done?! And you will be surprised if I told you, until now I did not do anything I did not take neither official nor non official step towards the issue but none of my family went to meet the teacher or the principle!
The reason is that I am a university student aged 22 who have no decision in the family. I said my opinion that was ignored by them all, besides my sister told me that none of the Christian students' is going to talk in this issue at all.
And now I tell you all beware before our homeland and we sinks in the all “sea of the black oil”. In the end—I wish—nothing but Peace.
