Saudi Authorities arrest a Copt for “ Possession of Christian Literature”
Saudi Arabia's official policy: Either incinerate or dump Bibles, crosses and other Christian paraphernaliaSaudi Arabia that spends billions of dollars to spread Islam and the building of mosques in the US and Europe considers it illegal for Christians to gather together to practice their faith on its land. In Saudi Arabia , nothing relating to the Christian faith may be displayed, including such things as a necklace with a cross or a Bibles.
Some Christians have reported that upon entering Saudi Arabia they have had their personal Bibles taken from them and placed into a paper shredder.George’s relatives are calling on human rights organizations to intervene on their behalf to help the release of their son and call on the Saudi authorities to stop playing its double standard policies when it comes to freedom of worship
